What to include

Get a useful answer on the first reply.

Most back-and-forth is us asking for the same four things. Send them up front and the first reply is usually the fix. Ambikly → Tools → System status has a Copy button that puts the whole JSON report on your clipboard.

  • System Status report — plugin, database, PHP, WordPress and MySQL versions, gateway and multisite flags
  • What you expected and what happened, one sentence each, with the order number, product or add-on involved
  • The email on your license, so we can see your plan and site count
  • A screenshot of any error, or the failed job / webhook delivery entry for integration issues

FAQ

Contact questions.

Do you offer phone or live-chat support?

No. Everything runs through one email inbox so a report can carry the System Status text, screenshots and order numbers in one thread, and the person who answers can read the code before replying. Pro and Agency customers are answered first.

Where do I report a bug in the free plugin?

Email with “Support:” in the subject line, even without a license — bugs in the free core matter to us because Pro runs on it. Include the System Status report and the steps to reproduce; if it is a security issue, use the “Security:” prefix instead and keep it private.

Can I get a quote for more than ten sites?

Yes. Write with “Pre-sales:” in the subject, the number of client stores and whether you need yearly or lifetime terms. Agency covers ten activations on one key; larger counts are handled individually.

Do you build custom features or themes?

No — we build the plugin. Every screen has a REST route, every event has a hook and every template can be overridden from your theme, so an agency or freelancer can extend Ambikly without our involvement. The developer reference lists what to call.

How fast will I hear back?

Messages are answered in the order they arrive on business days. License holders are moved to the front of the queue automatically when the email on the message matches the email on the license — so write from that address.
