Refund Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to purchases of Ambikly Pro and Ambikly Agency licenses made through the Ambikly website and store, including yearly and lifetime licenses. It does not apply to the free Ambikly plugin, which is licensed under the GPLv3 at no charge.

2. The 14-day window

If Ambikly Pro does not do what you need, email us within 14 days of your original purchase and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. You do not have to give a reason, though telling us what fell short helps us improve the product.

The window starts on the date of the first payment for a new license. It applies once per customer per product.

3. Renewals

Yearly licenses renew automatically at the end of each term. Renewal payments are not refundable. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account before the renewal date; your license and add-ons keep working until the end of the paid term, and the store keeps running after that — only add-ons pause and updates stop.

4. Lifetime licenses

Lifetime licenses are covered by the same 14-day window from the date of purchase. After the window they are final.

5. Upgrades and plan changes

Moving from Pro to Agency is charged at the difference and is refundable within 14 days of the upgrade payment. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal and are not refunded pro rata.

6. What we do not refund

• Renewal payments (see section 3).
• Purchases older than 14 days.
• Licenses that have been revoked for a breach of the Terms of Service.
• Third-party costs such as hosting, payment-processor fees or other plugins.

7. How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the address used at purchase, with the subject “Refund request”.
2. Include your order number or license key.
3. We confirm by email and issue the refund to the original payment method. Processors typically take 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.

When a refund is issued the license key is deactivated. Your store keeps running on the free core; Pro add-ons pause and their settings are left intact in case you return.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer — we resolve refund requests faster than a chargeback does. A chargeback on a license still in use results in the license being revoked.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Purchases are governed by the policy in force on the purchase date.
