1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so it can recognize you on the next request. Cookies can be first-party (set by the site you are visiting) or third-party (set by another domain), and session (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (kept until they expire).
2. Cookies this site sets
ambikly.com is a WordPress site. Simply browsing the marketing pages sets no cookies at all. WordPress sets the following strictly necessary first-party cookies only when you take the action described:

3. Third-party cookies
We do not embed analytics, advertising, social-media widgets or session-recording tools, so no third-party cookies are set while you browse. Two exceptions apply only when you act:
- Payment. When you buy a license, the payment step is handled by our payment processor (Stripe or PayPal), which may set its own cookies for fraud prevention. See their policies: Stripe, PayPal.
- Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Google states that the Fonts API does not set cookies; the request does transmit your IP address, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Local storage
This site does not use browser local storage or IndexedDB to track you. Some interface preferences (for example a collapsed section) may be remembered in your browser only and are never sent to us.
5. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Because we set only functional cookies, blocking them affects just the actions that need them — logging in and checking out.
6. Cookies set by stores that run Ambikly
If you shop at a store built with the Ambikly plugin, that store — not us — is responsible for its cookies. The plugin itself uses a first-party session cookie to keep your cart, and the Wishlist, Recently Viewed and Product Compare add-ons use first-party cookies to remember your selections. Payment gateways the store enables may set their own.
7. Changes and contact
