Customers, companies and the people who serve them.
Every customer gets an account with orders, downloads, addresses and profile — extended by Pro add-ons with subscriptions, licenses, gift cards and wishlist tabs. B2B companies carry buyers and credit limits. Your staff get two real roles instead of admin-or-nothing.
One page, tabs you can extend.
The customer account is a single block or shortcode with tabs — dashboard, orders, downloads, addresses, profile — selected by a query argument. Add-ons add their own tabs through a filter and render them through an action, which is how Subscriptions, Licenses, Gift cards and Wishlist appear. Logged-out visitors see a branded login card.
- Dashboard, orders, downloads, addresses, profile
- Re-download purchased files while access is valid
- ambikly_account_tabs filter for your own tabs
- Social Login with Google and Facebook (Pro)
- Dashboard · Orders · Downloads · Addresses · Profile
- Subscriptions (Pro) · Licenses (Pro)
- Gift cards (Pro) · Wishlist (Pro)
Companies, buyers and credit.
A company record holds a credit limit, credit used, Net Terms and a price-tier discount, with several buyer logins attached. Buyers on the company can check out on terms; the company owner manages their own buyers from the storefront. Available through the REST API today; a dedicated admin screen is not in the current release.
- Credit limits reserved atomically at checkout
- Buyers managed by the company owner or staff
- Orders billed to the company, listed per company
Two roles, no admin-or-nothing.
Store Managers can change products, orders, customers, coupons, shipping, tax, reviews and add-ons. Support Agents see orders, customers and reports read-only — they cannot refund, change settings or cancel subscriptions. Settings, payment credentials, webhooks, import/export and system status stay with Administrators. Roles self-heal on every admin load.
- ambikly_manage_store and ambikly_view_store capabilities
- Every REST route permission-checked against them
- GDPR: exporters and erasers for customers and orders

StoreCustomers & accounts — common questions.
Can customers check out as guests?
Yes. Accounts are optional; guest orders are matched to a customer record by email.
What can a Support Agent do?
Read orders, customers and reports. They cannot refund, change settings, cancel subscriptions or see payment credentials.
Is there a B2B admin screen?
Not in the current release — companies and buyers are managed through the REST API, and company owners manage their own buyers from the storefront.
