Ambikly support that starts with the answer.
Most questions are answered by the documentation, the setup guide or the System status report. When they are not, Pro and Agency customers get priority email.
Four ways to get unstuck.

Pro · AgencyFour checks that take five minutes.
These four checks resolve most reports — and if they do not, their results are exactly what we will ask for.
-
Open System Status
Ambikly → Tools → System status shows versions, missing tables, gateways and environment flags. Copy it into your message.
-
Check the license
Ambikly → Settings → License. A paused add-on almost always means an inactive or expired key. Activation resumes everything.
-
Look at webhook deliveries
Webhooks → Deliveries keeps the last 200 attempts per webhook with status, duration and error; failed background jobs are listed and retried through the ambikly/v1/jobs REST endpoints.
-
Isolate the add-on
Disable the add-on in question and retry. Disabled add-ons never load, and their settings are kept for when you turn them back on.
Where to look first, by what you are seeing.
Every one of these screens is in the free core. Most reports end at the second column.
| What you see | Look here | What it usually is |
|---|---|---|
| A Pro add-on is missing from the admin or storefront | Ambikly → Settings → License, then Ambikly → Add-ons | Key inactive, expired or not yet activated on this domain; or the add-on toggle is off |
| Order stuck in Pending after a card payment | Settings → Payments → Stripe, then Webhooks → Deliveries | Stripe’s webhook secret is missing or wrong, so the payment confirmation never arrived |
| Customer did not get an order email | Settings → Emails | The event’s toggle is off, or the host blocks outgoing mail — the jobs/failed REST endpoint lists the failed send |
| Webhook, CRM sync or renewal did not run | Webhooks → Deliveries | Deliveries keep the last 200 attempts with the response; failed background jobs can be retried through the jobs REST endpoint |
| Storefront page is blank or unstyled | Pages → the store pages, then Settings → Store | The block or shortcode was removed from the page, or the store page assignment points elsewhere |
| Download link says expired or limit reached | Settings → Downloads, then the order’s Downloads tab | Per-purchase limit or expiry reached; both can be raised for that order |
| Stock or coupon “not available” at checkout | Product → Inventory, or Coupons → usage | Working as designed — stock and coupon limits are checked before payment so an order is never taken for what is gone |
| Something else | Ambikly → Tools → System status | Versions, missing tables, gateway and environment flags — copy it into your email |

Support covers Ambikly itself. Questions about your hosting, theme or third-party plugins are outside its scope, though we will point you in the right direction where we can.
Common support questions.
Where do I start if something is not working?
Open Ambikly → Tools → System status. It lists plugin and database versions, PHP, WordPress and MySQL versions, missing tables, available gateways and multisite/SSL flags — nine times out of ten the answer is on that screen.
A Pro add-on stopped working. Why?
Check Ambikly → Settings → License first. A lapsed or unactivated license pauses every add-on per request without touching their settings; activating the key resumes them instantly. If the license is fine, disable and re-enable the add-on — disabled add-ons never load.
A webhook or CRM sync did not arrive.
Every webhook keeps its last 200 delivery attempts with status, duration and error under Webhooks → Deliveries, and failed background jobs are listed and retried through the ambikly/v1/jobs REST endpoints.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 14 days on a first Pro or Agency purchase, requested by email from the address on the license. Renewals are not refundable because they can be canceled beforehand. The Refund Policy has the full terms.
Do you support my theme or hosting?
We support Ambikly itself: its screens, blocks, add-ons, REST routes and the data it writes. If a theme or host is the cause we will say so and point you at the right setting or the right vendor, but we cannot change their code.
Can support log in to my site?
We do not ask for admin logins. A System Status report, screenshots and the failed job or delivery entry tell us what we need; if a fix requires a change on your side we send exact steps.
Can I get help choosing a plan?
Yes — write to [email protected] with what you sell and how many sites you run, and we will tell you plainly whether Free is enough.
Still stuck?
Send the System Status report and what you expected to happen. Plain answers, no scripts.
