Shipping zones group destinations and carry flat-rate, free-shipping and local-pickup methods. Tax rates match on country, state and postcode with a tax class. Advanced Shipping adds conditional rules; Shipment Tracking adds carrier links and customer emails.

Create a zone for a country, a set of countries or a region, then attach the methods it should offer — flat rate, free shipping above a threshold, local pickup. The setup wizard seeds a sensible default if you have none; the checkout quotes rates through a filterable service so Pro rules and your own code can add to them.

Rates that match on address, not guesswork.
Tax rates carry a country, an optional state and postcode, a rate and a tax class; products carry a tax class and a tax status. Enable taxes and set a standard rate in the wizard, then add region-specific rates under Settings.

Conditional rules and tracking numbers.
Advanced Shipping evaluates rules by subtotal, weight, destination, product or category in priority order — first match becomes the shipping line, with an optional fallback rate. Shipment Tracking stores one or more tracking numbers per order, builds a link from six pre-seeded carriers, can mark the order shipped, and emails the customer.

Does Ambikly fetch live carrier rates?
No. Rates come from your zones and, with Pro, your rules. Tracking links are built from carrier URL templates; there are no carrier API calls.
Can one order have several tracking numbers?
Yes — Shipment Tracking is designed for partial shipments. Only the first entry flips the order to shipped.
How do tax classes work?
Each rate has a class (standard, reduced…); each product carries a class, and the matching rate for the customer’s address is applied.
